Tracksuit orders

The deadline for Track Suit orders is Friday, September 8 if you wish your child to have a tracksuit for Autumn/Winter. Orders can be placed at Jingxi Place in the HUB every day from 11 am to 1pm.

School PE Kits

PE Kits have been distributed. Should there be a problem with sizing, unused kits may be exchanged at PTA Place in the Elementary School (ES), or at JingXi Place in the HUB for Middle School and High School students.

PTA Treasurer Urgently Required

PTA Shops

The PTA Shops are now back to normal working hours. PTA Place in the Elementary School is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8.30am-3.15pm and Jingxi Place in the HUB is open every day from 11.00am – 1.00pm. Both shops are still looking for volunteers. It is a great way to be part of the daily buzz at school and your children will love to see you there. Class Reps / Room Parents Needed

Class representatives (room parents) are a vital part of the communication between school, PTA and other parents from your class. It is a great opportunity to get to know your homeroom teachers, your child’s friends and their parents.

Charity Committee

Throughout the school year the PTA Charity Committee organizes fundraising for various charities and the collection and redistribution of clothes and other household goods. Volunteers are always welcome, whether to come along to meetings, make suggestions, help out with activities or run projects.
