on Monday and Friday, from 11:00am to
1:00pm. If you can help volunteer, please

Please note that JingXi Place will
be closed on Friday Dec 15.

Welcome Coffee
The PTA will host a Welcome Coffee on Tuesday January 9, 8:30am - 10:30am in
the Lotus Lounge (ES). Guest speakers from gMake It Easy Beijingh will be on
hand to answer your questions about living in Beijing. We invite the parents
of all new students to attend.

Planned
Projects for the New Year
January: Collection
of used postage stamps. Please cut the
used stamps off all your greeting card
envelopes. February/March:
Small Change Appeal to help less fortunate
children go to school.
March: Collection
of unwanted eye glasses to help others
in the West of China see better. |

Bazaar Appreciation
A heartfelt thank you to all of the volunteers
who helped plan this event:, especially:

over 90 vendors

her help with Logistics

(1575 RMB) from the sale of candy-floss
to The Charles Foundation

and the artists who were on hand to sketch

to the Committee/ Charles Foundation
- Steve Peereboom and the entire WAB
music department for terrific sound and
entertainment
- Mr. Zhang, Dina, and the
Facilities and Security Departments for
all of their help in setting up the bazaar
- And of course to all the many bakers
and volunteers who helped sell the books,
toys and baked goods, of whom there are
too many to mention each by name....
