WAB is a dynamic and challenging environment, and has an
involved and committed parent community with high expectations
of the school and its staff. Working at WAB is rewarding
and inspiring, with colleagues giving generously of their

WAB also actively participates in recruitment fairs. Please

appointments with candidates attending the fairs may be by
negotiation pre-scheduled ahead of the Fairs.
Dependents
Teachers with non-teaching partners can be considered for
employment at WAB. However, employment is offered on a 'single'
hire basis. Teachers with dependent children may be considered
on the basis of single teacher -one child dependent, teaching
couple -two children dependents.
However, teachers with dependent children are generally
more difficult to place due to the Board limits on the number
of dependent education benefits each year. However, teachers
with dependent children are still encouraged to apply.
