ES Olympic Sprint
This week’s cold snap didn’t slow down the
speedy group of Grade 2 – 5 students who turned out
at lunchtimes for the ES Olympic Dream Series 60- meter
sprint.
All week, a blur of yellow and black tracksuits
could be seen circling the track, as students warmed
up for this fun Olympic event.
Mr. Patrick Wang, the Chief
Representative of Nike (Beijing), visited WAB on Thursday
to award the Grade 2 & 3 Olympic medalists.
In addition
to representing Nike, Mr. Wang has been an active promoter
of educational exchange programs in the US and China.
His presence at the awards’ ceremony was an added honor
for all ES participants!

Olympic Dream Series event.
