WAB's Community Picnic- August 26, 2006
The WAB Community Picnic was enjoyed by approximately two thousand
people for a day of high energy fun! The festivities began with
a traditional Lion Dance, followed by a BBQ feast, and a series
of crazy games and challenges.
Strange ‘creatures’ covered in white foam danced on stage, children’s
smiling faces were caked in white cream, and the Mighty White Team
emerged as the 2006 Champions! As always, new WAB records and legends
emerged from the games. At one point during the 12th Birthday Cake
Delivery game, there were over 160 WAB parents, children and teachers
in full flight. It had to be seen to be believed!
