Make Mooncakes- September 27, 2006
| It's time to Make
Mooncakes! In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Elementary
School Students rolled up their sleeves with the China Studies
program to make the annual mooncakes. Students stuffed their
traditional holiday treats with green tea, date or mung bean
paste, which one spirited Grade 1 student identified as "brown
fruit." |
