Grade 4 Giraffe Park : November 8, 2006
| Grade 4 art students stuck out their necks in art classes
to create ˇ§almostˇ¨ life-size giraffe sculptures. ES art teacher
Margot Marks led students through the process of conceptualizing,
constructing and crafting their sculptures using various techniques
and materials, including wire, papier-mache, fabric and found materials.
Students responded by crafting individualized giraffes, which were
on display in the science garden on Wednesday. |
