Counselors Share Remote Learning Wellness Tips for Parents

Parents are an essential part of student success during remote learning.

In light of our community’s return to remote learning on Monday, WAB counselors released a new set of wellness tips designed specifically for parents during this time.

“The WAB Counseling Team is supporting our students' and families' well-being as we return to remote learning,” Counselor Regina Wehner said. “While we are learning away from campus to protect our physical health, it is very important for our community to also protect our mental health. The counselors compiled ways for parents to help manage stress and big emotions during these times."
