Campus Closed from Monday, August 9
We received information about additional requirements that we must follow to support the epidemic prevention measures in Chaoyang district. In line with these efforts, the WAB campus will be closed to all students, parents and visitors from Monday, August 9, until the start of the school year. This means that all upcoming camps will not be allowed to take place on our campus. If you have registered for a camp after this date, your camp organizer will be contacting you with further information. WAB ID Passes: Only WAB Community Members can access courts and are requested to have their WAB ID Passes available when they are using the Tennis Courts.
Online Booking system: WAB uses the GIGA Sport booking system. After the first registration through the system, it will now be possible to book courts directly online. http://igniter.gigasports.com/home/login/wab
WAB reserves the right to make the final call on the status of lessons, membership, guests and other Tiger L’Air related issues.

The campus will be accessible to WAB families only, and a valid WAB ID will be required for all parents and students to enter campus. If you do not have a valid ID, please visit our Safety and Security page.
- ES and MS students who are not attending an organized camp must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian while on campus.
- ES and MS students will not be allowed to leave campus without an adult picking them up.
- Ayi's and drivers will not have access to campus, except to pick-up/drop-off students in the designated area next to the ES Main Gate.
- Only the ES Main Gate will be open for entering and exiting campus. Please find the WAB Campus Navigation map here.

Health Services during Summer
Over the summer, the WAB Health and Illness Policy and Procedures will continue to apply to everyone on campus. This includes:
- If anyone access campus has a fever they cannot come on campus until they are symptom free without medication for 48 hours, and parents must complete the WAB Health Questionnaire-in English. A new negative COVID-19 test or medical certificate is also required before return. All documents must be sent to email@example.com
- Is anyone has diarrhea or vomits they must not come to campus until they are symptom free without medication for 72 hours.
- Students with serious medical needs must carry their own emergency medication with an emergency action plan in their backpack.
Nurses will be on campus over the summer from 9am to 5pm. For medical support, please email WAB nurses on-duty via firstname.lastname@example.org, or call the emergency hotline at 139 1178 2543 for any emergencies on campus.
